Nicholas DeSole
Nicholas built his career managing teams and operations, leading environmental projects in the field, large-scale events, and recruiting strategy at fast-growing tech companies. He came to Whitefish looking for a connection to the outdoors and stayed because of the community. As co-founder & CEO, Nicholas drives every workstream of PBSC’s development and runs day-to-day operations.

Ricky Holm
Ricky is the founder of CM&D, an award-winning immersive technology company behind some of the largest VR programs in education. With a background spanning business, film, and entrepreneurship, he brings financial fluency and strategic depth to PBSC. As co-founder & Board Member, Ricky serves as strategic advisor and business partner, helping shape the organizational structure, financial model, and long-term vision.
